Meet Brenda

Founder

Hi! I'm Brenda, an Inglewood native, Latina Reiki practitioner, and mental health advocate passionate about self-compassion, healing, and community. My work is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space where you can release emotional blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner peace. I blend traditional Reiki techniques with a culturally aware and compassionate approach, helping you navigate stress, trauma, and personal growth. I believe that healing is both personal and collective, and I'm dedicated to supporting not just individuals, but also the well-being of my community.
